We are excited to be launching a new social dancing opportunity for the Missoula Community on the first Saturdays of the new year. This shoes-off dance is an adaptation of the ecstatic dance form. From playfulness to sensuality to grief to rage--Groundswell invites you to show up and express yourself exactly as you are. The night starts with an opening circle, land acknowledgement and meditation. The musical arc starts and ends grounded and swells in energy throughout.
