Ground Swell Dance

Ground Swell is an alcohol-free space to connect with yourself, be invited into community, and dance to incredible music. From playfulness to sensuality to grief to rage--you are invited to show up and express yourself exactly as you are. The night starts with a brief opening circle. The music comes from all over the world, has big feels, and is thoughtfully curated to take you through a cathartic experience. The arc starts and ends slow and swells in energy throughout.
