This class will give the experienced and novice dancer space to tap into their unique pathways and expression for movement in body, mind, and spirit. We’ll use simple somatic exercises and improvisations that will give you space to tap into your own innate wisdom, to bring new awareness to your movement and breath, and to uncover your most alive, rhythmic “dancing” self with support from a sweet playlist. Come to class with the belief that your body has all that it needs, and that within the supportive collective of the room we will all expand together.
